Elmac Japanese Chins are home raised for quality. Elmac Chins have been bred and winning  for over 22 years.  Eleanor has been active in the local and Japanese Chin Club of America clubs (including National club Treasurer for ten years), Toy Breeders Association of Southern CA.   Elmac Japanese Chins have won Best of Breed at Westminster and Japanese Chin Specialties more than once.  BISS Ch.
